Located 2 km from Fira, Nautilus Dome Suites is built on the side of the caldera and features a pool surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and umbrellas. My search filters were 8+ and breakfast included. The hotel's location is great, not in Fira (Thera) but close, so that you're not in the chaos. Also close to the port and without having to cross the Fira area to get to it. It's a super busy road but you don't hear much noise. They have free transport to Fira on request, but get a car if you don't mind enduring the driving style of the island =) so you can also visit the south and north. I could recommend "Panorama" restaurant in the south. Our room was very nice, with a lot of room to deploy our baby's stuff, and a very beautiful balcony with a sunrise view. Breakfast was excellent, you'll get a menu to select whatever you want for breakfast the next day and it will get delivered at your selected hour in the morning. You can have it on the balcony if it's not too hot, or in the room, or outside in the front door patio with a pool view. The views to the west side are also incredible, the cliffs are amazing and early in the morning they catch all the morning mist.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just on the sea side, the place guarantee peace and calm time. Personel was very frendly and helpful. The cleanless was very good, towels have been changed daily. The Owner of the hotel was very helpul arranging needed services and attractions. Absolutely we recommend this hotel.

We visited Elessa Hotel for our honeymoon and it was the perfect hotel to completely switch off from our busy lives and really enjoy our time away. The village of Pygros is much quieter than the busy towns of Fira and Oia which were still easily accessible via taxi or bus for visiting. We loved the hotels pool area with some impressive views and a relaxed feel. The staff at the hotel are very attentive and all very welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The sunrise view from the hotel is amazing, to see the sunset you can take short walk up to the castle of Pygros and many of the local restaurant /bars have views towards the caldera and Fira. The private pool/hot tub on the balcony is an extra bonus. The breakfast menu is varied with all bases covered depending on your preferences , everything is made fresh and cooked to your order. We had an excellent stay at Elessa Hotel

The property was beautiful, the people working there were absolutely lovely and so helpful. As a solo traveller this was the perfect place to stay. The breakfast included is delicious and so copious, you can take up to three choices, you will be full until late afternoon believe me! The staff helped me find a car to rent and were always available for me if I had any questions. Definitely recommend staying there!

La xica que en va atendre, Lila, molt simpàtica i professional, ens va explicar tot lo necessari per a la estància en Santorini, des de horaris d'autobussos, restaurants, bar de copes, etc. La arquitectura dels apartaments és la del lugar, molt xula i amb una terraseta per a prendre la fresca d'on es veu la mar, i per a redolir molt molt cèntric en Fira. La piscina és genial i, en general, hi ha poca gent. És un lloc ideal per dormir, esmorzar i aprofitar les instal·lacions per descansar. Suite with a pool was awesome, staff were very attentive and made our stay memorable. We nearly didn’t book here because of a few comments in some of the reviews, but to be completely honest we didn’t have anything to complain about. You’re buying luxury in Santorini styled villas, and that’s what you get; it’s got the best restaurant views in Santorini as well. Alex at the restaurant was absolutely amazing and will be remembered for some time, he deserves a pay rise; we have been travelling for 6 months now and he has been the best customer facing employee we have met.

Has the perfect view, close to the port, and close to Fira. Adrianna was helpful in all of our requests from car rental, to excursions, to getting us back to the port on time for departure. The staff cleaning was very courteous, the staff in the restaurant was great, and we were very impressed by the boy working in the restaurant, he was so polite, responsible, and responsive to our requests.

Everyone was extremely genuinely friendly, which seems to be the way in the Cyclades. Of course, the breakfast was amazing, and it was in an open-air space protected from the sun. Actually, much of the hotel was open-air, including the reception desk. It was also just across the small road from the beach, and the hotel owns a stretch of beach just for the guests. It is well located to catch the sunrise, which can be spectacular, and even just walking around the neighborhood is interesting as there are a number of small farms and the like. Some ways down the beach are some excellent restaurants. You don't need a car at all if you are just coming to relax. The masseuse at the hotel did an excellent job on me. She could really dig in and get the knots out of my muscles. After my session, I didn't have any aches or pains at night as I otherwise so often do.
