Automatically upgraded on a late booking and presented with home made fresh laban, tea and dates was a surprise welcome. The rooms are above a cafe and not far from tourist sites/restaurants. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, gave us a little gift as we were on our honeymoon. The room is clean, modern, fresh bottled water every day, pool os clean and open at reasonable times. The restaurant serves great dinner buffet, especially during Ramadan.

I loved that the property was surrounded by palm trees all around. So beautiful and lots of birds singing too. The nature around the property made it so calm and soothing! Very close to the souq area and also the walk to/from the hotel is through the old part of Nizwa town. A very charming and nice walk through old town. Property is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful!
